Hello, friends! It's time for another spotlight wedding! You could say that after a sweltering July, nostalgia for cooler days inspired us to feature this snowy, Colorado spring nuptial. Looking through the absolutely stunning photos by the talented Irving Photography team has been so refreshing. It's honestly too beautiful not to share. So, let's throwback this Thursday to Layne + Patrick's special day! The designer for this wedding was our very own Tracy Goodman, who we interviewed to walk us through her design process that brought Layne + Patrick's floral visions to reality. She tells us that the bride and groom were a joy to work with. They came into the consultation with their color scheme and visions already in mind. "Layne chose crisp whites and very soft blushes. So, we had to source flowers from all over the world to accommodate as to not have any yellowish or green tinges. Finding the perfect flowers to fit their color scheme was a really fun process. We think we found the best of the best!" The ballroom at the Brown Palace was transformed with a variety of tall and short centerpieces to give depth to the massive space. The main florals included soft pink garden roses, white ranunculus, white hydrangeas, and fragrant peonies. Strings of beads, crystals, picture frames, candelabras, and chandeliers were utilized as accent decor. "The chemistry between the flowers and accent decorations seamlessly created the most lovely and elegant atmosphere. The finished product truly seemed as if it were straight out of a dream." Enough details! It's time for pictures! Thanks again to Irving Photography for graciously sharing your images with us! Talk about some truly divine wedding inspiration for all those 2017 brides out there! We were so thankful to be a part of Layne + Patrick's big day and wish them all the best!
